According to the investors’ request, the designers of the “INTERNATIONAL RESIDENCE” complex have planned the organization of underground parking in a way that meets the needs of residents, users, and visitors. Considering the fact that nowadays, especially in Prishtina, everyone needs a personal vehicle to move more easily within the capital and beyond to carry out their tasks, we have also taken this into account by offering every resident the option to purchase a garage.

All parking spaces are underground and easily accessible. Each building is equipped with sufficient parking areas, organized in a functional manner.
