Maintenance is one of the main elements that, in addition to prolonging the life of the buildings, will make visible the benefits of the project, and above all, it makes the living environment a pleasant place to live in.
This element has been treated and will be treated with precision by the creators of this complex.
Residents, users and owners of apartments and premises within the International Residence complex will be notified of the maintenance rules upon signing the unit’s sale and purchase contract, which will also include all maintenance conditions and rules.
The investors will maintain the buildings until the completion of the project, then in cooperation with the residents and users they will form the NGO as the main management body of the maintenance.

All residential buildings will be equipped with a controlled entry-exit system, elevators and a 24/7 monitoring system.

The fact that our architects are unique and have thought in detail about the comfort and well-being of the residents of our complex, is also proven by the detail that, like nowhere else in the country, special alcoves have been designed inside the buildings – airconditioned, which will serve for throwing waste, which will be located near the elevators to ensure the shortest route to that part.

Resident Maintenance and Communication Application - will be created to provide residents with communication and updates on everything that will happen regarding the complex and its maintenance. Residents will also be informed about the activities, maintenance payments, as well as any possible violations by the residents or users of the apartments/premises.

Aplikacioni për mirëmbajtje dhe komunikim të banorëve - do të krijohet për t’u ofruar banorëve komunikim dhe përditësim për çdo gjë që do të ndodhë në lidhje me kompleksin dhe mirëmbajtjen e tij. Banorët, gjithashtu, do të informohen për aktivitetet, pagesat e mirëmbajtjes si dhe për çdo shkelje eventuale nga banorët apo shfrytëzuesit i banesave/lokaleve.
