Each residential building will have a lobby furnished to create a reception corner with an area of 65-80 m2, where residents will be able to hold meetings without having to disturb the comfort of the family inside the home.
Access will be especially easy for people with disabilities, who will be able to move freely and without obstacles in every part of the building, both inside and outside.
